Open the feedback formAFRO support payments
In the AFRO app, open Profile › Support › My contributions, then choose Manage subscriptions. Monthly and yearly support renews automatically until cancelled. A scheduled cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period.
Email support@app-for-rocks.com for a refund request, unexpected charge, receipt question, or help cancelling. Do not email full card or banking details.
A cancellation stops a future renewal but does not automatically refund an earlier charge. A refund does not automatically cancel the subscription. Read the full refunds & cancellation policy.
AFRO is a Pixel Poetry project operated by Marc Duby. Support is voluntary, unlocks no app benefit, and is not claimed as tax deductible. Stripe processes the payment and provides the completed-payment receipt.
Email mail@rocklands.app with your device, app version, what happened, and any screenshots or recordings.
Use Profile › Dashboard › Delete Account, or write to mail@rocklands.app. Community guide contributions may remain with their recorded Commons licence and attribution history. Payment records needed for refunds, disputes, tax, or accounting may also be retained. Cancel recurring support first.
Check your connection, pull to refresh, or restart the app. AFRO can work offline, but needs to sync now and then for the newest information.
Use the + button in the map or explore view. A moderator checks submissions before they appear publicly, keeping the shared guide useful.
Check location permissions in your device settings. On iOS, look under Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services; Android has the equivalent under AFRO’s app permissions.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same account on each device. Your logbook syncs when you’re back online.
